Grande Caribe

Commissioned in the United States in 1997 this coastal ship is operated by Blount Small Ship Adventures, and has a passenger capacity of 96. The vessel was refurbished in 2009.

Cabins

There are four categories of cabins. Each features private facilities and individually controlled air conditioning systems, which continuously feed in fresh air. Smoking is restricted to outside decks so all cabins are smoke-free.

Dining

Single-sitting meals with an open seating policy allows you the freedom to meet many travelling companions. The chef-prepared meals are delicious, healthy, and often reflective of the region in which you are travelling. Non-alcoholic beverages and snacks are available around the clock. With a little advance notice, dietary restrictions can be easily accommodated.

Grande Caribe Lounge

Public Areas

The vessel offers modern comforts with bright and airy public spaces. Stair lifts are available between the Main, Sun and Top decks for your convenience. In the Vista View lounge enjoy 180-degree views from our comfortable, casual lounges. This social setting is perfect for getting to know your fellow passengers.

The Retractable Pilot House also allows the vessels to slip beneath low bridges and transit locks that typically exclude cruise ships. As a result of this feature, the vessel is one of the only overnight cruising vessels able to navigate the historic Erie Canal.

Travels to: United States of America, Canada, Belize & Guatemala.
